The Draught Beer Quality Manual and the wiki-format website (www.DraughtQuality.org) that houses the manual is a resource for draught installers, wholesalers and retailers and covers topics that include line cleaning, draught system components and design, gas dispense and balance, and proper pouring and sanitation. The Draught Beer Quality Manual working group of the Brewers Association’s technical committee includes representatives of large, small and foreign brewers and has had the graphic support of vendors. The goal is simple—to improve draught beer quality in the US and ensure that beer makes it into the beer drinker's glass in the manner that the brewer intends.
